Fiona Spargo-Mabbs OBE!

It is with great pride that we can announce that the incredible Fiona Spargo-Mabbs has been awarded an OBE in the New Year Honours List for her work with young people. It is wonderful recognition of the huge amount of work that Fiona – alongside Tim and Jacob – put into setting up the Foundation at time of huge loss and grief, and of the seemingly endless amount of energy she continues to put in on a daily basis. She is an absolute powerhouse and we are all privileged and humbled to work alongside her.

Characteristically Fiona almost missed the email telling her the news, and had to be tracked down by the Palace to inform her! And it is also completely on keeping that she is a little abashed at the news, saying: “The thing that means most to me is that Dan’s name is there in the New Year’s Honours list – I always thought he’d do something amazing in the world .”
