Research staff sought for NIHR evaluation of the DSM Foundation’s drug education programme

The Drug and Alcohol Research Centre at Middlesex University is recruiting a Research Fellow and a Research Assistant to work on a new NIHR funded project to evaluate our school-based, multi-component drug education programme for 13-15 year olds in Scotland and in alternative education settings in England.

The Research Fellow must have a doctorate in a relevant social science discipline and post-doctoral experience in mixed methods research, with particular strengths in quantitative design and analysis. More details can be found here.

The Research Assistant must have a postgraduate degree in a relevant social science discipline and experience in mixed methods research, with key strengths in qualitative methods and analysis. More details can be found here.

Travel between recruitment sites in Scotland and England is necessary for both posts, and the university would like the researchers in post as soon as possible. The closing date for applications is 23/1/26.
