DSM Foundation founder and director Fiona Spargo-Mabbs was the subject of an “extraordinary people” series of episodes on Gabby Logan’s podcast The Midpoint.
Interviewed the day after receiving her OBE from the King at Windsor Castle, the episode dropped on 13th September 2023, Fiona does a deep dive into Dan’s story and how she and husband Tim set up the DSM Foundation in 2014. Since then, the charity has gone from strength, reaching thousands of young people and the adults in their lives through evidence-based and non-judgemental drugs education workshops and webinars, PSHE resources, and performances of Mark Wheeller’s play ‘I Love You Mum, I Promise I Won’t Die’ which tells Dan’s story in the words of those who knew him best.
