The Daniel Spargo-Mabbs Foundation depends on grants and donations in order to deliver our multi-component drug and alcohol education programme. We are very grateful to the many wonderful people and organisations who continue to support us, both financially and otherwise.

Charity of the Year
A massive great big THANK YOU to all at Bletchingley Golf Club who over the last year have raised an incredible £21,904.75 for us!! Thanks so much to Men's Captain Tim Burke and Ladies' Captain Ros Tunbridge for choosing us as their charity, and for working so incredibly hard to make this happen, despite not being able to do many of the things they usually would because of Covid.
Thank you to Priscilla's Tea Room and The Reptile Shed customers who have donated to us through the counter-top collection boxes. It really does all add up! (March 2022)
Thanks to Laura (eCO2 Solutions) at the Coulsdon Terracycling drop-off point (part of the Tadworth & Local Area Recycling Page group) for donating to us through the recent recycling connections. Twice a year the points earned are converted into donations to selected charities. Thank you so much for our share! (Dec 2021)
A massive well done to the incredible, intrepid Archbishop Tenison's Croydon skydiving team who today fell almost two miles through the sky, travelling around 120mph, and all for the sake of Dan and his Foundation. Thank you SO much to Dan's English teachers Ms Robinson and Ms Sidwell, his Economics teacher Mr Wilson (and his PE teacher Mr Cook who'll be having his turn soon) and to his big brother Jacob. Between them they've raised just over £4,000! (Nov 2021)
Thanks to everybody who joined us for the DSMF Quiz on Saturday evening – 85 people in 11 teams battled it out for the pinata, with the Footlighters winning on the final round! Huge thanks to Phil Sanders for hosting and to everybody who supported the event, raising just over £1,600! (Nov 2021)
Mr Millar's iron man
Thank you to Mr Millar, a teacher at Turing House School, for completing his first ironman distance triathlon whilst raising sponsorship for the DSMF. (July 2021)
Three Peaks Challenge
Huge thanks and congratulations to Lesley Draper and Nicola Thomas who, as part of Team Tarun, completed their Three Yorkshire Peaks Challenge last weekend. They walked 25.5 miles in 11.5 hours to remember their son/friend Tarun Ray - their fundraising target was £500 but they actually raised almost £2,500! There were a few blisters and a bit of sunburn but they did it! (June 2021)
Dulux cycle ride
The incredible Phil Sanders has done it again! He cycled 89.5 miles as the first day of a 160 mile circular route around London – a recurring knee injury unfortunately meant he couldn’t complete the route on the second day. Thank you so much, as always, to Phil. (June 2021)
